Kat Silesian Yogini

Hi! My name is Kat and I’m an Edinburgh-based yoga teacher.

The yoga I teach is a dynamic vinyasa flow with elements of yin, breathwork, and meditation. I focus on developing body, soul, and mind.

I completed 200 hours of the yoga Teacher Training Course in 2019. Since then, I have taught small private groups and larger ones as part of events and festivals. I have also worked with sports groups using yoga to aid in recovery after running or martial arts.
